Does anyone else find it puzzling why no one noticed Stephen Milner's erratic behavior sooner? It's deeply concerning that he was able to wander around various locations in Tacoma, acting suspiciously, and no one intervened until it was too late. Witnesses saw him carrying a pistol, entering a stranger's house, and even watching a group outside a bar. I can't help but wonder if someone could've raised a red flag earlier and if that could've made any difference for James Mureness. It's incredibly upsetting to think about the "what ifs" in this case. My heart goes out to James's family and the other victim who must now live with these traumatic memories. The unpredictable nature of violent crimes is terrifying, and it just feels like there were missed opportunities to prevent this tragedy. What measures could be in place to identify and assist individuals before their paranoia or mental health issues escalate into violence?
