Seems to be another case of what you can prove. The evidence points directly to who he was having a custody dispute with. Someday hopefully the truth will come to light.
I've been thinking about the fact that Dan Presley was due to be awarded full custody of his daughter, Teagan, right before he was murdered. It's just such an awful thought that he never got to be fully reunited with her. Could this timing be a coincidence, or could it potentially provide a clue to the motive behind his murder? Custody battles can sometimes bring out the worst in people, unfortunately. My heart goes out to Teagan and the Presley family—I can't even imagine the pain of losing a loved one so suddenly and violently. I really do hope that someone with information finds the courage to come forward soon.

I've been digging into the details of Dan Presley's case and can't stop thinking about the timing of it all. I mean, he was supposed to get full custody of his daughter, Teagan, soon, which makes me wonder if this custody battle had anything to do with his murder. It's devastating to think about how Teagan has lost her dad and how it could be connected to such a contentious issue.
It's just so hard to believe that someone could shoot him while he was asleep right through the window, especially when Dan was known to be such a kind-hearted person in his community. Sometimes, custody issues can bring out the worst in people, and although it's a sensitive subject, it might be an angle worth considering more deeply.
I've also seen cases where stress around custody battles attracts negative people, or puts you in risky situations without you even realizing it. Could Dan have been targeted because of his fight to keep Teagan? Or maybe someone from that tug-of-war was enraged by his potential win? I really feel for his family; they must be going through such a tough time.
I hope the detectives keep every possibility open, and that soon, someone will come forward with the right information. Teagan deserves to know what happened to her dad, and justice needs to be served for Dan. Let's continue to share whatever we can find and support his family in their search for the truth.
