Has anyone else been closely following the tragic case of Kathy Wilcox? I’ve been trying to wrap my head around the arson angle and was wondering what everyone's thoughts are on Brian's alleged attempt to cover up the crime. It’s chilling to think about how he might have thought this through. The evidence presented at trial seemed overwhelming—the firearm usage and then setting the house on fire. I can't imagine how difficult this must be for Kathy's family and friends, especially given how this all unfolded. They have to deal with not only losing Kathy in such a violent way but also the added trauma of a fire destroying what was once her home. It's such a devastating situation. What makes people commit such terrible acts? Would love to hear others’ perspectives, especially if you have any insights into what drives someone to carry out a crime in this manner.
