Did anyone catch whether neighbors or anyone around heard anything that might give more context? Was their prior relationship known to be volatile, or did something specific trigger that day’s events? It's gut-wrenching to imagine how this escalated. I can only hope the investigation brings some peace to Michael's loved ones. My thoughts are definitely with his family and especially his children; they lost someone truly important to them way too soon.
