Has anyone else been following the timelines and the mental health system's involvement in Tina Zamora's case? It's truly troubling that Austin Allen was released from Central State Hospital just weeks before this tragic incident, despite a judge's order to hold him. It makes me wonder about the protocols for handling such cases and whether there were early warning signs that were missed. It feels like a failure in the system that has left Tina's family without a mother and such young kids having to grow up without her love and guidance. I can't imagine the pain and frustration her family must be feeling, knowing this might have been preventable. Her children are constantly in my thoughts – losing a parent so suddenly and senselessly is an unimaginable burden for them to bear.
