I’ve been thinking a lot about the impact Debbie had on the students and staff at Simon Kenton High School. It's clear she was more than just an employee; she was a friend and mentor to so many. I spoke with a former student who mentioned that Debbie always went the extra mile to make sure everyone felt supported. She remembered Debbie staying late to help students with projects and organizing community events that brought everyone together. It's no wonder her absence leaves such a void. My heart goes out to the students and colleagues who looked up to her. It's evident that her kindness and dedication made a difference in so many lives. Missing her smiles every day must be incredibly difficult. If there are any alumni here, I’d love to hear more stories about the positive impact she left behind. ?️
I can't stop thinking about how this tragedy has impacted the local community, especially those who were close to Debbie. Having been a part of Simon Kenton High School for almost thirty years, she must have touched so many lives there. I can only imagine the shock and grief that her colleagues and students are experiencing. It’s clear from everything I’ve read that Debbie was a truly beloved figure, always ready to share a kind word or a helping hand. My heart goes out to all the staff and students at the school who are mourning her loss. Her absence will surely be felt, but I hope that her memory will continue to inspire and bring comfort to those who had the privilege of knowing her.
I’ve been thinking a lot about Debbie’s love for cooking and how it seemed to be such an important part of her life. It’s really touching to hear stories from those who knew her, sharing how she would light up a room with her dishes and her laughter. It just goes to show how much she cared for the people around her. It’s often the joyful memories like these that bring a semblance of comfort, even in the hardest times. My heart goes out to Amber, Tasha, and little Karson – may they find solace in the beautiful memories they shared with her. ?
