Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic case of James Harris, and something that's been on my mind is the issue with the home incarceration program. It's really concerning how someone like Justin Curry, who had a history of domestic abuse and drug charges, could be placed on house arrest without more stringent oversight. I can't imagine the shock and grief James's family must have felt knowing that this program didn't prevent Curry from committing such a violent act in their own community. The program’s intention to rehabilitate is great in theory, but it clearly needs more effective checks and balances. It’s a heartbreaking reminder that the systems meant to protect us also have significant gaps. It makes me wonder what changes, if any, have been implemented in Louisville since this tragic event. Has anyone heard if the local authorities have made any adjustments to improve the monitoring of individuals under house arrest? Would love to hear your thoughts or if there's been any follow-up from the city. Sending love and strength to James's family and friends during what must still be an incredibly difficult time.

I've been following the James Harris case for some time and just can't stop thinking about Cindy, his sister. I remember seeing an interview where she talked about how close they were, and it's just so devastating to think about what she's been through. To not only lose her brother but in such a shocking way. It's important for us to remember that while we discuss the facts of the case, there are real people grieving and trying to make sense of such a senseless tragedy. I can’t even begin to imagine the strength it takes to face each day without your loved one. Sending all my thoughts to her and the rest of James’s family.?
