Did anyone else find it strange how April's travel companion's story seems a bit vague? He says he left her in Huntington, WV, but what were they doing there in the first place, and why did he continue to Burlington without her? It feels like there's a gap in the timeline that hasn't been filled in. Was there any surveillance footage from places they might have stopped at along the way? I mean, someone must have seen them, right? I can't stop thinking about how she was just going about her life, and then poof—gone! Has anyone heard anything new about the police or media looking into this angle or if her travel buddy has been asked these questions again?
Does anyone have more info on the man April was last seen with? I've been curious about his timeline. He claims to have left her in Huntington, WV, but that part has always seemed sketchy to me. Did anyone see her after he supposedly dropped her off? It's odd that her trail goes cold right there. If anyone knows anything or has heard anything locally about this guy, it could really help piece things together. Thanks!
