I was thinking a lot about Aurelia's relationship with her grandmother and how it must have been incredibly complex. It’s hard to wrap my head around how someone who was such a dedicated caregiver could reach such a devastating decision. I wonder if there were signs of her mental state that were missed or if she reached a breaking point that the family didn’t see coming. Sometimes people struggling with caregiving responsibilities can feel overwhelmed, especially when they're doing it with limited support. It makes me think about what resources might have been available to them. My heart goes out to Aurelia's family. Losing both Aurelia and Julia this way must be unimaginable for them. I hope they can find some peace and comfort in the times ahead.
