Hey everyone,
I've been reading through some of the threads about Bryan Biggs' case, and I can't help but feel for his family, especially with how things turned out in court. What really sticks with me is the fact that Kari Biggs, despite being injured, refused treatment at the scene. It makes me wonder about the adrenaline and chaos in situations like that—how do you even process what's happening in the moment? Her decision to not seek immediate treatment must have been driven by shock or the instinct to prioritize others who might have been in worse condition. It's just another layer to this whole devastating ordeal.
I’m trying to wrap my head around the grand jury's decision too. How can there not be enough evidence when four people were injured and one was killed? My thoughts are with Bryan's family and friends as they continue to push for justice. Does anyone have any insights into how these grand jury decisions work or what might have led to this outcome? I’m trying to understand from a legal standpoint, but it just feels so unsettling.
Thanks for letting me share—hoping there's some movement in this case soon.
