Has anyone else been looking into the legal aspects surrounding Matthew Tosh's case? I'm having a tough time wrapping my head around how the court could dismiss the murder charge against James Morgan. I've read that the judge ruled it was self-defense, but it still feels like such a weighty decision considering a life was lost. It's difficult to imagine the pain Matthew's family must be feeling, especially his children who lost their father. I keep thinking about the legal precedent this might set and how self-defense laws are interpreted. Does anyone know if there's been any similar cases in Kentucky with the same legal outcome?
