Hey everyone, I recently came across a missing persons case that really caught my attention: Avila Thompson from Memphis, Tennessee. What’s intriguing is how it's being handled by the Cold Case Unit. Does anyone know how cases typically get moved to that unit and what the process is like? I'm curious because it seems like a different approach could really shake things up and hopefully lead to new breakthroughs. It's also really interesting that this case is in NamUs.
