Just came across some updates about Gregory Smith's case, and something caught my attention. How does someone plan to walk all the way to Murphy Dome Road from the University of Alaska Fairbanks on foot, especially during late October? We all know how the weather gets around that time – it's not exactly a quick, casual walk. Did Gregory have any experience with such long treks or was he known for being outdoorsy? I'm curious if he frequently did things like this. If anyone local to the area has insights about the routes and how feasible it is, it could add a lot to understanding what might have happened.
