It’s incredibly sad to think about what John Harris’s family has gone through after his tragic death. I can’t imagine how difficult it must be to process such a senseless loss, especially when those responsible for it are known to be in custody, but resolution is still so far away. I was wondering if anyone knows more about the community response post-vigil? Were there any new initiatives or efforts to strengthen community-police relations over this? It would be a small comfort to know something positive might come from this devastation. My heart goes out to his loved ones who’ve had to endure this painful journey.
