I can’t stop thinking about the time and location of this shooting. 8:30 a.m. is quite early for something like this to happen, especially in a neighborhood like Portland. It makes me wonder if this was something premeditated or a spontaneous act. The fact that LMPD found everyone involved but still haven’t made any arrests is puzzling. I can only imagine the frustration and pain Robert’s family must be feeling right now, not knowing who is responsible or why this happened. Does anyone familiar with the area have any thoughts about recent activities there or any insight into what might be going on? I'm hoping someone in the community comes forward with crucial information soon—the silence must be unbearable for those who loved him.
