Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the case of Rykess Ford pretty closely, and one thing that really stands out is how quickly things have evolved with the arrests of Davon Johnson and Robert Stewart. It's truly astonishing how two young men ended up in a situation where they are facing such serious charges. With Johnson's arrest in January and Stewart a couple of months later, it seems like the pieces are coming together for the prosecution.
What's particularly troubling to me is the idea that this might have been a planned robbery that went horribly wrong. It's unsettling to think about Ford, in his own home, trying to escape what must have been a terrifying situation.
Even though arrests have been made, I hope that this case reminds us of the impact of violence on our communities. Rykess Ford's family and friends shouldn't have to endure this nightmare, and I sincerely hope they find some measure of comfort in the legal process progressing. It's essential that we support them as justice is pursued.
If anyone has more updates or further insights, please share. It's important to keep discussing and advocating until there's a resolution for Ford's loved ones.
Take care,

Hey everyone,
I've been following the case of Rykess Ford and something has been on my mind lately. It's regarding the timeline around the events of that tragic afternoon. Specifically, I'm curious about the delays in witnesses coming forward with information. The shooting happened during broad daylight around 2 p.m., and it seems like the neighborhood might not have been completely deserted.
Does anyone from the Louisville area know if there were any community efforts to gather more information right after the incident? Maybe local groups or neighborhood associations that tried to rally people to speak up? I get the fear that might come with witnessing something so violent, but it just seems puzzling that more people didn't speak up immediately, especially with how tight-knit some communities can be.
Hoping for justice for Rykess and some peace for his family in all of this. Let's keep this discussion going and see if there's more we can uncover or understand together.
