Hey everyone,
I've been looking more into the James G. Harney case and I can't help but feel for his fellow agents who witnessed a colleague not return from their mission. I mean, imagine the anxiety and dread they must have felt in those first hours when he didn’t show up. They were out there doing their best in the wilds of Minnesota, tirelessly searching for him while fearing the worst. Once they found the still and still no Harney, it must have felt surreal and terrifying. It's a real reminder of the risks and unpredictability of their work during that era. For C. W. Williams, Robert Carr, and A. L. Camlin, their kinship with Harney must have made this loss especially hard. Anyone else think maybe this intensified their resolve to bring all three of the perpetrators to justice?
