Does anyone have any insight into the neighborhood where Theresa Reagle was living around the time of her death in 1995? I'm trying to understand more about the environment and community back then. Was it generally considered a safe area, or were there concerns about crime? Sometimes the context of the location can provide some clues about what might have happened or why an incident might have occurred there. It's such a shame that there's so little information available about her case online, and my heart truly goes out to her family and loved ones who have had to live with unanswered questions for so long.
