I’ve been following the tragic case of Eduardo Jaramillo, and I keep thinking about how utterly terrifying it must have been for him in his final moments. I can’t shake the image of him running for help, only to face such a senseless fate. The fact that it happened right above a church just adds another layer of sadness—it’s supposed to be a sanctuary, not a place marked by violence.
