This sort of violence shouldn’t go unanswered.

I’ve been following the tragic case of Synika George James, and I'm struck by the eerie coincidence that both he and Naressa “NuNu” Turner lost their lives in the same alley. It's unsettling to think that this place, which should’ve been a space for healing and remembrance, saw such violence again.
What really confounds me is the lack of progress in identifying the shooters. With so many people present, why haven't there been any solid leads? The presence of different shell casings suggests it wasn't a random act but possibly a planned attack. Could there be a connection between Naressa’s murder and Synika's, or is it just a cruel twist of fate that these tragedies happened in the same place?
My heart goes out to the families of both Naressa and Synika. It must be incredibly hard for them, living with unanswered questions. I hope people continue to come forward with any information, however minor it might seem. Justice for Synika is long overdue.
