Hey everyone,
I’ve been following the Addie Jensen case for a while now, and something that strikes me is the impact this tragedy must have on the family, especially their young daughter. I can't even begin to imagine what Addie's family has been through, not only losing her but never having the closure of recovering her remains. It's beyond tragic, and my heart goes out to them.
Reading about how Joshua Dow manipulated his own brother into covering up the crime is chilling. It just shows the level of control and intimidation he must have exerted. It makes you think about how deeply domestic violence can affect everyone around it, not just the direct victims. I'm hoping that Addie's story continues to raise awareness about these issues, so we can prevent such horrific events from happening in the future.
Let’s keep discussing and shedding light on these cases to support the families and push for meaningful change.
Does anyone else think the role of Joshua Dow's brother in this tragedy deserves more attention? I can't stop thinking about how he was forced to help cover up Adele "Addie" Jensen's murder. Being compelled to paint over evidence in the walls of Dow's home must have been horrific. How does someone cope after being dragged into such a nightmare by their own sibling? It makes me wonder about the aftermath for him, both legally and psychologically.
I can’t imagine the turmoil both families are going through. Addie's family lost her in such a horrifying way, and on the other side, Dow's brother has to live with the knowledge of what happened, probably filled with guilt and fear. It's a stark reminder of how domestic violence can ripple through the lives of so many people beyond the immediate victim and perpetrator. My heart goes out to Addie's loved ones and everyone whose life has been upended by this tragedy.
