It's so incredibly sad to hear about RayVell Carter's death, especially knowing how much he meant to his family and community. I've been reading through what little information is available, and it's baffling how there isn't more progress or public information concerning suspects. It makes me wonder about any possible witnesses or if there were surveillance cameras around the area where it happened.
