I've been following Dameon Chambers' case closely, and it keeps bothering me how the circumstances surrounding his murder are so puzzling. One thing that stands out is the role that the George Floyd Square had in this whole situation. It's really troubling to think about how the very place meant to honor a life lost to violence has seen more bloodshed. Has anyone here been to the Square around that time, or have any firsthand accounts of what the vibe was like over there? I'm curious how the community members dealt with the mix of emotions — the drive for justice alongside the fear of ongoing violence. I hope there’s eventually some peace and resolution for Dameon’s family. His death deserves answers, and he deserves to be remembered not just as a statistic, but as the person he was.
