I just can't get over the senselessness of Tuquan L. Smith's shooting. It’s so unnerving to think that he was just sitting in his car at a drive-through, and then his life was suddenly over in such a violent way. It makes you think twice about the safety of just normal everyday activities. Also, it’s puzzling that we still don't know the shooter's identity or the motive behind such a heinous act. There’s a lot of speculation, but clarity feels so out of reach at this point. I can’t imagine what his family must be going through, having to navigate such uncertainty. It must be excruciating to wait for answers, and I really hope they receive justice and some semblance of peace soon. If anyone hears updates or has more info about the investigation, please do share.
