Does anyone else feel a deep sense of frustration that Samuel Ritz and Malik Carr-Riggins' families are still waiting for answers? It’s been a year since their tragic deaths, and it seems like the investigation has hit a wall. I can only imagine how difficult this must be for their loved ones.
