Has anyone else been following the investigation into Steven Coulston's death in Lake Lillian? It's so unsettling to hear about the details surrounding the incident, especially knowing it was reported as an accidental discharge by his wife. What really gets to me is how this kind of thing can happen and leave so many unanswered questions. I can't imagine what his family must be going through right now, waiting for more clarity while dealing with such an enormous loss.
Given that the authorities haven't named any suspects yet or made arrests, it makes me wonder about what kind of evidence they might be looking for. Has anyone else been wondering about the timing of the call Steven Coulston's wife made to 911? I mean, if the firearm discharged accidentally, was she in the same room? Did she hear it happen from another part of the house? A gunshot can be pretty startling, and I can't imagine the panic she must have felt in that moment. I feel for her having to make that call—it can't be easy.
