I'm really shaken by this news. Jerry sounded like such a wonderful guy, deeply loved by his family and respected by his neighbors. The fact that his children have to grow up without him is beyond tragic. What's especially troubling is that this happened right in his own community, where he probably felt safe. I've lived in Minneapolis myself, and it's hard to imagine something so terrible happening so close to home.
I'm curious if anyone knows whether there were any cameras in the area that might have caught anything? It feels like, these days, cameras are everywhere, and they often provide critical evidence. It must be a difficult time for Jerry's loved ones, waiting and hoping for any updates. If it leads to finding those responsible, it could at least provide some answers to everyone who’s grieving his loss. Sending strength to all who knew him.
Has anyone else been following the case of Jerry Calhoun? I keep thinking about the brave witnesses who are willing to come forward despite the fear they must feel. It's such an unfortunate situation, but the bravery of those stepping up to provide information could be pivotal. It's heartwarming to see the community rallying around Jerry's family, but at the same time, it makes me incredibly frustrated that the shooter is still out there somewhere. Let's hope and pray that the pieces of this puzzle come together soon. Sending love to Jerry's children and family during this difficult time.
