I keep reflecting on the unfortunate 911 call made by the 12-year-old. I can't imagine the trauma and confusion a young child must have faced in that moment. It’s gut-wrenching to think about what they must have experienced and how they'll carry this with them. Children should never have to endure such trauma, and my heart truly goes out to that child. I hope they are receiving the support and counseling needed to heal. If anyone here knows of any resources or organizations that specialize in helping kids through such experiences, please share. Supporting this child through a difficult time is the least we can do as a community. Love and strength to everyone affected by this tragedy.
