Has anyone looked into any potential safety issues associated with the equipment Arthur was using around the time of his death? Given his extensive experience with machinery and tools, you'd think he would be quite safety-conscious, but accidents can happen to even the most skilled. I remember reading about a few older accidents involving sawmills where the machinery malfunctioned and caused serious injuries. While the details around Arthur's passing are sparse, I wonder if there could be any link or if anyone in the community has heard any rumors or insights on what might have happened.
