I was reading about the Moreno case and couldn't stop thinking about how their car was found burned-out in that field. It seems so premeditated. I mean, why go to such lengths to destroy evidence if it wasn’t planned? That makes it even scarier to me. It’s unsettling to think about the minds of people who could not only commit such a brutal act but then meticulously attempt to cover it up. My heart goes out deeply to the Moreno family and anyone who knew them. The losses they endure are unimaginable. It’s a tiny bit reassuring to know law enforcement was able to secure convictions quickly, but I'm still left with a lot of questions about how something like this could have happened.
