Does anyone else find it puzzling that the motive for Lucero and Manuel's murder is still unknown? It's been years, and despite Luis Alvarado-Meraz's conviction, there hasn't been any concrete explanation as to why he would commit such a horrific act against his own brother and sister-in-law. I can't even begin to imagine what Lucero's family, especially Blanca, has gone through without having a solid answer. It's unsettling to think there might never be one. Lucero was such a promising athlete and beloved figure in her community—it's incredibly tragic her life was taken so suddenly and without clear reasoning. ? What are your thoughts? Do you think we'll ever know why?
I've been following the Lucero Rodriguez case for a while, and the part that truly baffles me is the motive behind this senseless act. It’s shocking to think someone could do this to such a vibrant young woman and her husband. Lucero's accomplishments in the boxing world were just the beginning of what was likely a promising life. I can’t imagine what her family, especially her mother Blanca, must be going through with so many unanswered questions. It’s heartbreaking to think of all the lives affected by this tragedy and how a motive that seems elusive can leave families in limbo. If anyone has more insight or theories on why this might have happened, I’d really appreciate hearing more perspectives. It just feels like there should be more to the story than what we know.
