I'm really struck by the comments around Pulliam's involvement in a separate drug case while all this was happening. It's unnerving to think about the kind of environment Mekko was in when his life was taken so suddenly. How does someone face the pressures of everyday life with something like this hanging over them, on top of dealing with drugs? It feels so unfair that Mekko’s life ended in a place where there was so much carelessness and poor judgment. I hope this is a wake-up call to others who were in that circle or community to speak up and get help before something like this happens again. My thoughts go out to Mekko’s family as they continue to process this tragedy.

It's so hard to process the loss of someone as vibrant and full of potential as Mekko Stumblingbear. I came across this case, and what really struck me was how young both individuals involved were. It's devastating to think about how one careless moment changed so many lives permanently. I read that Jacob Pulliam claimed he didn't realize the gun was loaded, but it's chilling how something that started as harmless fun with Airsoft rifles escalated so quickly. Mekko's memory is clearly cherished by those who knew him well, and that's such a testament to his positive spirit. It's a somber reminder of how fleeting life can be and the importance of handling firearms with the utmost seriousness. I hope his family finds some solace in the love and memories shared by those who were fortunate enough to know Mekko. ❤️
