I’ve been following Kianna Hodge’s case for quite a while, and I still can’t wrap my head around how senseless and tragic it is. I was reading about the cold case review that eventually led to Javon Smith’s arrest, and it's fascinating to see how dedicated the investigators were. It's not often we see cooperation across different law enforcement departments leading to such results. I really admire the perseverance of the team—three years is a long time to keep pushing for justice, especially in a case where everyone feared it might slip through the cracks. My heart goes out to Kianna’s family and friends; I hope they find some comfort in knowing her story wasn’t forgotten.

Hey everyone, I've been following Kianna Hodge's case closely and can't stop thinking about how crucial witness testimonies must have been in this investigation. In a drive-by like this one, where 53 shell casings were left behind, it feels overwhelming to pinpoint what actually happened unless someone steps up with information. I'm grateful for those who had the courage to talk to investigators — without them, this case might have lingered in the cold case files forever. It’s hard to imagine the bravery it takes to come forward in such circumstances, knowing how dangerous it can be. Sending thoughts to Kianna’s loved ones; I hope this brings some semblance of peace to you all. And I truly hope anyone else who might still know something speaks up so we can prevent future tragedies like this. Stay safe, everyone.
