Hey everyone, I'm really struck by the news that Kristin McGough is no longer representing Delonta Daniel. Whatever the reasons, I hope Daniel's new attorney, whoever they may be, will handle the case with the seriousness it deserves. This decision must have added another layer of complexity to an already difficult situation. When someone loses their life in such a tragic way, like Bernard Jarvis did, it’s important that every part of the legal process proceeds as smoothly as possible so that justice can be served fairly and efficiently. I can only imagine how Bernard's friends and family are coping with this loss, and I hope they find some solace in the community's support and the determination of the police to get to the bottom of this.
