I was just thinking about Clare Maney's case and how relentless our search efforts were back when she disappeared. I remember reading about the initial response teams: Hawaii Fire Department, the Coast Guard, and local police. It seemed like everyone was doing their utmost, combing the coastline from South Kona to Old Airport Park. It's puzzling how only one of her dive fins was found—what does that say about what might have happened out there? With such a small piece of evidence, it's frustrating to think about the gaps in the story. I also wonder if anyone locally has taken a deeper look into any suspicious activity in the area around that time. It’s been over three years, but maybe someone knows something that wasn't shared before... Sometimes all it takes is one memory or detail to reignite hope. Thoughts?
