I've been thinking a lot about the impact this case must have had on Nathan's family back in Guam. It’s just so chilling to picture someone so far from home, serving their country, and then being betrayed like this. It must have been incredibly difficult for his family to receive such devastating news, especially when dealing with these circumstances from such a distance. I'm sure the tight-knit community in Guam pulled together to support his family, but it must have been so painful for them. I hope they found some comfort in the justice that was served, though nothing can truly bring back their loved one. It's a somber reminder of the far-reaching effects of these senseless acts of violence.
