Hi everyone, I came across some info on the Tyrell Melton case that I found really puzzling. I want to know if anyone else has thoughts on it. I read that Miquan Burton, the suspect, was arrested almost two weeks after the shooting took place. What I’m wondering about is how he managed to stay under the radar for that long. Was he getting help from someone to evade capture? It strikes me as odd considering the severity of the charges against him. I feel for Tyrell's family and friends who had to wait in limbo during those twelve days, not knowing when justice would be served. Especially given how young both Tyrell and the injured girl were, it just seems so tragic. Hoping they get the answers they need soon. Would love to hear what others think about this aspect. I can't stop thinking about the impact this tragic event has likely had on Tyrell's friends who were present that day. I can't even imagine how terrifying and confusing it must have been for them, especially for the young girl who got hurt and ran for her life. Being so young and witnessing something so traumatizing must leave a lasting mark. I really hope that they are receiving the support they need to process this trauma and heal emotionally. It's so disturbing to think that a normal day hanging out with friends turned into something so violent and life-altering. My heart goes out to them all, and I hope justice serves them and Tyrell’s family some semblance of peace.
