I’ve been following the tragic case of Gary and Bonny Cravish, and my heart goes out to their family. Something that really strikes me is how deeply personal and haunting disputes between landlords and tenants can become. It’s chilling to think that what probably started as minor disagreements over property matters led to such devastating consequences. I wonder if there were any red flags or alarming interactions before this escalated. Did anyone in their community notice anything concerning between the Cravishes and Carpenter? I feel like there should be more awareness or possibly avenues for mediation in tense landlord-tenant situations to prevent future tragedies. Does anyone know if the Cravish family has spoken about this dispute, or if there are any community efforts being made in the wake of their loss to prevent similar situations? This senseless act of violence has certainly left a void for those who knew and loved them.
