I was reading about Kristan Elizabeth Smith's case and was struck by the fact that it was the 81st suspected homicide in Las Vegas that year. It’s really disturbing how frequent these incidents seem to be, and it makes you wonder about the larger picture of violence within the community. I've been trying to find more information about the suspect and potential updates on the case, but there seems to be minimal coverage. It's so sad and frustrating that Kristan’s story might fade into the background of statistics. It feels important to keep discussing these cases, not just to prevent them from becoming mere numbers, but also to honor Kristan's memory and support her loved ones in their fight for justice. If anyone has updates or more information about the proceedings, please share. Kristan deserves a voice, and we must remember every single victim's story in hopes of preventing future tragedies.
