Hey everyone, I've been following Glenn Seril Dispo's case for a while, and I wanted to bring up an odd detail about the day he went missing. He left the Contra Costa Regional Medical Center on August 1, 2020, after being discharged. I can't help but wonder if anyone might have seen him leave or if there's any CCTV footage from around that area – especially concerning the places he might have passed by after leaving the medical center.
It seems like there could be more information about his movements right after he was discharged that might have been missed.
