I've been following this case closely, and my thoughts are really with Ricardo Olivas's family and friends. It's so difficult to wrap my head around something like this happening in what should have been the safety of a home. I was wondering if anyone else finds the timeline of events intriguing? I mean, the suspect, Steven Bernard, was only 18 at the time of the shooting but wasn’t caught until years later. It makes you wonder where he was hiding or if there were leads the police didn't publicize. I hope that with Bernard’s arrest, Ricardo's loved ones can begin to find some peace. While justice doesn't bring him back, it's a step towards closure. If anyone has more details on how Bernard was living all these years, that would be really insightful. Let's keep sharing information and hopefully bring more clarity to this tragedy.

It's really crushing to hear about what happened to Ricardo Olivas. I just can’t imagine the pain his family must be going through right now. A life cut short due to such senseless violence just doesn’t make any sense to me. I saw the news about Steven Bernard’s arrest, and I hope it brings some sort of relief to Ricardo’s loved ones knowing that there's progress in the investigation. I'm curious about how Bernard was ultimately tracked down. It seems like the Criminal Apprehension Team did a great job in locating him after the incident. Did they mention if any new evidence or tips led to his arrest so long after the crime happened? If anyone has more details about how events unfolded or any further updates on the investigation, please share. Hoping there can be some resolution for Ricardo’s family and that they eventually find peace.
