I came across an article the other day that mentioned Carol Renee Carter, and it got me thinking about the role of the Black and Missing Foundation in these cases. Their involvement often brings a lot more attention to a disappearance, but with Carol, it's like she vanished into thin air. I can't help but wonder if the Florida tags on her Buick are a significant lead that hasn't been fully explored. It seems like finding that car could really crack open some leads. Have similar cases been solved by focusing on the vehicle? I'm hoping someone with more experience in this area can offer some insights.
