I came across Aiyana Danielle Wess’s story, and it’s been really sticking with me. I keep wondering about her family and friends, who must be in so much pain not knowing what really happened or seeing any progress towards justice. It's incredibly frustrating to see how little information is available and how common that seems to be with so many cases linked to gun violence. It feels like memories and lives are being reduced to just dates and numbers, and that’s just not right. I’ve been browsing through the National Gun Violence Memorial, and while it’s a powerful reminder of these lives, it doesn’t fulfill the need for answers. I can only hope that as more people hear about Aiyana’s story, it might trigger someone to come forward with the information needed to bring some clarity and justice. If anyone has heard any recent news or updates about her case, please share. Her story shouldn't fade away without the truth being known. Aiyana deserves that, and so do all the people who love and miss her.
