Hi everyone, I just find myself so intrigued and saddened by George Mieter’s case. One detail that sticks out to me is the location where his body was found – near 931 Santa Fe Drive in Lincoln Park. I wonder if anyone in the area back in 1970 remembers anything unusual from that time? Living in that neighborhood must have been intense with a murder happening so close. It’s been over 50 years, but maybe someone recalls something or heard stories about what might have happened back then. Let’s keep the discussion respectful and thoughtful as we try to piece this together. Hoping for justice and peace for George’s loved ones. — CuriousLocal
