It’s just so incredibly sad to hear about Genorel Martin's murder. My heart goes out to his family and loved ones during this inconceivable time. I can't help but think about how deeply this impacts not only those who knew him but the entire Englewood community. It makes me wonder if the surveillance cameras in the area were functioning and what, if anything, might have been captured that could help solve this tragic case. I hope someone comes forward with information soon. Chicago, like many big cities, truly needs a solution to stop this cycle, and it's a reminder about the urgent need for effective strategies and support in vulnerable neighborhoods. Everyone deserves to feel safe in their own home. Let's keep Genorel’s family in our thoughts. ?
