I was recently reading about the unsolved case of Merton "Mutt" Dickson, and something struck me about the location where this tragedy occurred. The intersection of Highway 385 and County Road 7 seems oddly secluded, making me wonder if the person responsible might have been familiar with the area. It's a spot you wouldn't randomly end up at, right? Maybe someone local or someone who traveled this route often? I can't help but think that locals might have noticed something unusual around that time but didn't realize its significance. I hope time hasn't dulled those memories, and someone comes forward soon. My thoughts are with Mr. Dickson's family and friends. It must be so difficult living with unanswered questions all these years.
