Hey everyone,
I can't stop thinking about the community impact of the tragic murders of Emory Fraker and the Whites back in 2017. It's just devastating to see how crime infiltrates and affects entire communities, not just the immediate families involved. I’ve been reading about how Coal Creek Canyon used to be seen as this peaceful, tight-knit area, and then something so violent and unsettling ripped through it. It's a reminder of how vulnerable we all can be.
The ripple effects must have been huge—not only for the friends and family of those lost but for the neighbors and local residents as well. I imagine that living near a crime scene, especially one with such a shocking nature, must take a mental toll. Has anyone read or heard about any community efforts to heal after something like this? Any memorials or local gatherings to honor Emory, Wallace, and Kelly? Those moments of coming together can be crucial for healing, I think.
Would love to hear your thoughts or any updates on how the community is doing now.
Stay safe, everyone.
