I've been following the case of Travis Duane Carothers, or "Taj" as his friends knew him, and I'm really struck by how little closure there seems to be for his family. It's been several years since that tragic day in June 2017, and yet, no suspects or arrests have been made public. It must be so tough for his loved ones to carry the weight of not knowing who is responsible. I can't imagine going through such a sudden and violent loss without any answers. It's almost like he was forgotten by the system after the initial shock wore off. Does anyone else feel that the authorities might not be prioritizing cases like this, where fewer details are shared with the public? I'm hopeful that someday someone will come forward with information or that evidence will surface. Taj deserves justice, and his family deserves peace.
