Hey everyone, I've been following Lloyd Chavez IV's case, and something that stuns me is the role of social media in these crimes. I can't stop thinking about how Demarea Mitchell used Snapchat to basically admit his part in the shooting. It’s chilling how these teens seemed so detached, almost as if they didn't grasp the gravity of what happened. I mean, considering today's digital age, how do we even start addressing this kind of behavior? It's such a painful reminder of how social media can amplify the worst in people, and honestly, it breaks my heart for Lloyd and his family to think this played any part in his murder. Talking about these moments is hard, but I think understanding them might help prevent future tragedies. What do you think can be done to address these kinds of issues on platforms like Snapchat? Would love to hear your thoughts.
