I’m feeling really sorry for Gilberto Marron’s family and friends right now. It must be incredibly difficult to process everything that has happened, especially when the person responsible has confessed and the legal process has taken its course. What's really stuck with me is the fact that this tragic event occurred in such a public setting, right outside a fitness center. It must have been terrifying for anyone who was there to witness it. I can’t imagine how shocking and traumatic it was for them, too. Doesn’t it make you wonder how the dynamics in public places can shift so suddenly? To go from an ordinary day to such a tragic event in a matter of moments is just beyond comprehension. Sending lots of strength and support to everyone dealing with the aftermath of this tragedy.
